We Capture
Live and historical data from wherever it lives. Meters, BMS/SCADA, IoT gateways, utility bills, EPCs, BIM, PDFs and CSVs. Ingested via APIs, SFTP or a secure inbox with OCR. Units cleaned on entry so kWh, m³, € and CO₂e line up. Originals stored. Nothing lost.

Our Story
In 2018, across meeting rooms and project sites in Europe, a small crew of real estate developers, architects, engineers and sustainability auditors compared notes. We kept seeing the same thing. Certification documentation in forms and Excel. Critical data scattered across systems. Decisions slowed by manual checks. We knew buildings and processes for achieving sustainability could do better, and so could the tools. That is when we became Blue Auditor.
The moment was right. EU Taxonomy set a higher bar. IoT moved beyond a single meter for an entire building. In 2020, energy costs and new regulatory requirements turned sustainability into a boardroom topic. Data existed everywhere, but it did not speak the same language. We set out to connect it, structure it and check it like auditors do. The aim was simple. Lower consumption. Reduce CO2 emissions. Enhance sustainability. Lower operating costs. Prove it.
Our first release in 2020 turned EPC data into ESG outputs that owners, asset managers and banks could use. At an event that year, Albrecht challenged us with a hard line. “You are going to make us all go out of business.” He joined soon after to help scale the method. In 2021, Dimitri became CTO. We had worked together since 2019. When war disrupted his home, he crossed a border with his team and kept shipping. That resolve now lives in our product and our support. By 2021 we were working with market leaders like Immofinanz to move real budgets, not just slide decks.
Much has changed since those early days. We have grown from a few builders into a focused product team and a community of partners who know their craft. Our north star has not moved.
