Junior Sales Manager

(Junior) Sales Manager (female/male/diverse)

Your responsibilities include the following:

  • Build and maintain customer relations
  • Maintaining client records
  • Managing the sales funnel
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
  • Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
  • Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
  • Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values
  • Help determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
  • Answering client questions about terms, products, and fees

    Your skills will support your responsibilities and – amongst others – include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related fields.
  • Prior, proven experience in sales, preferrable in the real estate industry and/ or technologystart-ups
  • Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong language skills in English and German (at a minimum)
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Customer centric mindset with the ability to identify your customers desires
  • High-level proficiency with MS Office programs, experience with CRM-programs is a plus
  • Ability to work independently

    We are legally required to mention a minimum gross annual salary according to the applicable collective agreement (“Kollektivvertrag”) of EUR 30.500 for this position.
